How does billing and insurance work at Excel Together?
Excel Together offers flexible payment options. For those with ABA hours awarded through DOE impartial hearing orders, we directly handle the billing with the DOE, ensuring no extra costs for your family. Excel Together accepts most major insurances. These include: Medicaid, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem insurance. Clients can also utilize their out-of-network insurance benefits, we assist with all necessary paperwork. Additionally, we provide private pay options, offering detailed and transparent invoicing to accommodate your needs.
How often will my child receive ABA therapy?
After our initial assessment, we’ll recommend a therapy schedule designed for your child’s success. Typically, sessions occur 3 – 5 times a week, but we personalize frequency based on each child’s unique needs.

Will the same therapist work with my child consistently?
